Here's The Plan...

The MNRealty.com SitePlan starts with a face-to-face* meeting with you to discuss your options. Then we do an extensive interview to write and build your own custom elements for the site. Our Design team then completes your custom set-up based on your own ideas. The "Powered by MNRealty.com" database engine adds a wide assortment of local and MN-specific information. Then, after your site is "up," we help you with training and marketing tools to make your site more productive and integrated into your overall marketing plan.

What's Included?
Here's a rundown on how we do your SitePlan.

• Interview - We meet with you* to gather photos, logos, graphics, and a folder with additional brochures, marketing materials, etc.. We will enter your contact, city, and marketing info into the MNRealty.com database, enabling personal branding of all e-mail and web marketing pages. We will interview you for your personal profile and business resume. We will note keywords, cities, areas of interest, market niches, slogans, taglines, designations, etc.
  
  
• Copywriting - We will compile the info from the interview and write 3 separate web pages for your site: A main page that carries an introduction and “pitch,” your personal profile, and your business resume.
  
  
• Construction - Unlike some template sites, We build your site with custom HTML pages that have the correct addressing, keywords, and stand-alone location to help with search engine submission and local control of your site. This mix of “custom” pages with our standard content allows us to make each site different and flexible to allow special additions such as new construction or other niches and “boutiques.”
  
  
• Navigation - Our special menu and navigation allows your visitors to see a lot of pages and interesting choices in a small amount of space, and usually just one or 2 clicks away! The power of MNRealty.com content makes your site timely, useful, and interesting to local and out-of-town visitors alike.
  
  
• Activation - Your MNRealty.com directory listing and membership is activated.You get direct links from your listings and lookups on the main MNRealty.com site to your site. We are currently receiving over 30,000 visitors to our main site and directory plus over 50,000 page views from our on-line database - This is targeted Minnesota Real Estate viewership!
