You can send us photos many ways, including e-mail!
Actual Photos: NO Inkjet or MLS printouts. NO color xerox flyers. Drawings & renderings OK for new and TBB. 1st photo must be exterior. Up to 8x10. Mark back with member name and property address. If more than one photo, number them in the order you want us to place them!Digital Photos or Scans: Same subject rules as above. Files should be in ".jpg" format.

Size recommendations: Scan at 100 dpi for normal size (3x5-4x6) or use medium/low quality settings on digital cameras so that the file size is around 50-100K.
We suggest you name the file with the street number first, and abbreviate to keep the file name short. If multiple shots/files of the same home, End the file name with a letter or number.
Examples: 456Main2.jpg, 456Main3.jpg, or 12245A.jpg, 12245B.jpg or 3rdAve1.jpg, 3rdAve2.jpg
"Attach" one or more photo files to an e-mail and send to us. Put the property address in your e-mail message. (or)
Copy to floppy disk and mail/courier/deliver
*** If you prefer, you can send us the property info and we will write and enter your listing information for you. Just send an MLS sheet with supplement(s) plus any feature sheets you may have along with your photos. If you are sending your photos via disk or e-mail, you can also send listing info as almost any type of computer file (Be careful about large file sizes.)
** All photos are returned to you.
