Listings

How do I enter a listing?

From our main page (http://www.mnrealty.com), click on the [Members-Only] Section. Enter the MAIN password combination (member, money). In the left-hand menu, click on [Listing Database] Enter your PERSONAL password combo.

To add a new listing, skip filling in a ref# and scroll down the page to fill in all the form boxes that apply. Notes and tips for some of the fields that aren't obvious:

Submit Listing Button - You can submit a standard listing by clicking the button. If you want to submit larger listings with 4-8 photos, you can continue to scroll down and fill out more blocks of copy that will show up next to the additional photos.

After Submitting ANY size Listing, a new screen will appear, showing you a MOCKUP of your submission so you can proofread and check it for length. If you want to make any CHANGES, just click the [Back] button and make your changes. Submit again to see the corrections.

When you're finished, scroll to the bottom of the mockup page and click the [Submit] button. If all is correct, you will get a THANK YOU message. If not, you have not yet sent your listing.

If you get an error message, first go back and check for proper fields like price without $, no "+"s, etc. If you still get an error, call or e-mail us.

After entering the listing form, your listing will NOT be available until we add the photos and activate the listing, done usually within 24 hours from receipt of the photos

Once your listing is on-line, you can use the same form to make changes, SOLD, or deletes.
