$120 is 6-Month SERVER fee, paid to MNRealty.com. This is the fee for your domain hosting on our server, plus backups, hit reports, e-mail redirect, etc.

The other annual fee to MNRealty.com is your yearly MEMBERSHIP fee, ranging from $29.95 - 119.95/year, depending on the number of areas and cities you are listed in. This fee is like a "yellow pages" ad in MNRealty.com plus all our other member pages, benefits, e-mail, special holiday cards, etc. etc.
